<p>3 cups Lettuce Mix, including  Kale, Mustard and other lettuces, washed</p>
<p>6 strawberries, washed and  sliced</p>
<p>1/2 avocado, mashed</p>
<p>1/4 cup mixed herbs, including  dill, mint, tarragon and parsley, chopped</p>
<p>Strawberry Vinaigrette</p>
<p>2 tbsp strawberry jam</p>
<p>1 Tbsp Creole Mustard</p>
<p>1 Tbsp local honey</p>
<p>1 Tbsp Sriracha</p>
<p>4 Tbsp Olive oil</p>
<p>Salt and Pepper, to taste</p>
<p>Directions:</p>
<p>1. Mix strawberries, avocado,  herbs and 2 tbsp of vinaigrette together. Toss with salad mix.</p>

<li> lb pickling cukes</li>
<li>6 T salt</li>
<li>1 &frac12; cup white vinegar</li>
<li>4 &frac12; cup water</li>
<li>&frac14; cup dill seed or some fresh dill</li>
<li>21 peppercorns</li>
</ul>
<p>Slice pickling cucumbers lengthwise into about 8 sections.  Pack  into jars. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over pickles. <p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0pt;" align="left">8 crimini mushrooms</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0pt;" align="left">1 tablespoon butter</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0pt;" align="left">1 tablespoon chopped onion</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0pt;" align="left">3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0pt;" align="left">1. Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain, dice</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0pt;" align="left">and set aside.</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0pt;" align="left">2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0pt;" align="left">3. Remove mushroom stems. Set aside caps. Chop the stems.</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0pt;" align="left">4. In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Slowly cook and stir the chopped stems</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0pt;" align="left">and onion until the onion is soft. Remove from heat.</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0pt;" align="left">5. In a medium bowl, stir together the mushroom stem mixture, bacon and 1/2 cup Cheddar. Mix well</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0pt;" align="left">and scoop the mixture into the mushroom caps.</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0pt;" align="left">6. Bake in the preheated oven 15 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.</p>

<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0pt;" align="left">1 8oz package cream cheese (room temperature)</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0pt;" align="left">4 slices bacon, cooked, cooled, and crumbled</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0pt;" align="left">1/2 cup of assorted fresh herbs that you like (basil, parsley, and chives work well), diced</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0pt;" align="left">Directions:</p>
